Alliance for New Beginnings (AFNB) is a nonprofit organization founded to provide hope, structure, and opportunity for individuals transitioning from incarceration, rehabilitation, or other institutional settings back into community life.

We believe everyone deserves a second chance. Our programs focus on breaking cycles of incarceration and instability by offering safe housing, legal advocacy, educational support, job readiness training, and personalized case management. AFNB works alongside residents to rebuild trust, restore family connections, and help them achieve independence.
